For lots of us, the idea of testimony brings to mind standing up and sharing a long story about our faith journey. There definitely are moments for that. But most times, we end up showing others about our faith more than telling them outright. And, as someone in my Bible study said this week, “Once they know you’re a Christian, they’re watching.”
If that’s true, we might want to take a look at how we’re moving through our day. What traits of or truths about God are we displaying as we deal with life and interact with people? If those around us are really watching, why not give them some food for thought?
“You can share your testimony in many ways, by the words you speak, by the example you set, by the manner in which you live your life.”
Thomas S. Monson
“Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ.”
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters…”
“…let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
